How soon will my wedding stationery order be shipped?

Once an order has been placed we will advise of an approximate despatch date for each part of your order. Please check our availability page to see what your current turnaround is.

Can I order samples?

Yes, you can order a sample for any of our wedding invitations. They are priced at £4.00 each. You can pay for your samples by sending us a cheque to or by paying online through paypal (you do not need a Paypal account to do this). We aim to send out your wedding invitation samples within 2 weeks.

How do I pay for the order?

You can either send us a cheque (made payable to Bubbly Creations) or pay through our secure PayPal system where an electronic invoice will be sent to you via email. If paying by e-cheque your goods will not be sent until the e-cheque clears which is 10 working days.


What are your delivery charges?

We charge between £5 and £15 delivery for all wedding stationery to UK addresses and £25 for Ireland, Channel Isles and Isle of Man. Table plans are sent separately to the wedding stationery order and there is a £10 delivery charge for this. Please note that these prices are per parcel and not necessarily per order.

Is there a minimum order?

Yes, we have a minimum order of 20 invitations.


Can I order future items at a later date?

If you discover that you haven't ordered enough stationery let us know as soon as you can. If we have the capacity we will make the extra items. Unfortunately this isn't always possible during peak season.

Can my wedding stationery be made in colours to match my wedding day?

All of our wedding stationery designs come in a variety of colours. However, if you like a wedding stationery design and it is not provided in the correct colour please contact us and we will try to source the correct one for you.

Can the wording be changed on the front of the invitation?

Of course. It is quite a popular request to change 'Wedding Invitation' to the names of the Bride and Groom or the date of your wedding. Just let us know when you order.

Do the cards include an envelope and inserts?

Our wedding stationery prices include a matching envelope (or presentation box when stated) and printed inserts for Invitations, Menus, Order of the Day, Order of Service, RSVP cards and Save the Date cards.


When will I need to pay the remainder of the order?

We ask that the final balance is paid before your first wedding stationery items are ready to be shipped. We will not send your order until this has been received and the payment has cleared.

What if I am not pleased with my order?

In the unlikely case that you are not pleased with your order, we will only exchange if the items are faulty or an error has been made by us. All the faulty stationery must be returned to us before any amendments made. We ask that you approve your personalised wedding stationery before it is made, as exchanges after completion of order cannot be given for errors on stationery if they are in line with the signed proof. We ask that upon delivery you promptly (but in any event within 7 working days of delivery) notify us of any shortage, defect or damage. If we do not receive written notification then we shall be deemed conclusively to have properly performed our obligations in relation to the sale and purchase of goods.

Can I cancel my order?

If you need to cancel your wedding stationery order you may do so, but once the deposit has been paid this is non-refundable. If work has commenced then we may need to collect the final payment to cover the costs already incurred. See our terms and conditions for full details.

What do you do with my personal details?

We only collect your personal information for your order. We do not pass our clients' information on to third parties.
